Food
photography is propably my favorite assignment. The idea of
making an image good enough to the point it becomes edible is
a great challenge. From the selection of the background and
utensils to the dish itself, I make sure everything blends perfectly.
Then the light is carefully controlled to enhance the texture
and colors of the dish. Usually I set up each dish myself to
